Are your mailboxes available in retail stores?
View the list of retail stores that carry our mailboxes here. Each individual store controls its mailbox inventory and prices. We cannot guarantee what mailboxes each store carries. Our Concrete Base Mailbox - Standard Box is the most popular.
Does the Postmaster General recognize your mailboxes for rural home owners?
Yes, our free-standing mailboxes are accepted for use by all residential homeowners.
Do you accept custom orders on color options?
No, our plastic mailboxes are only available in six colors (black, blue-gray, brick, dark brown, green, and white). Our concrete base mailboxes are only available in gray and black.
How long does it take to receive my plastic mailbox?
We do our best to ship the next day, however, please allow up to two weeks delivery.
How do I put ballast into the plastic mailbox?

Can I use water to fill the plastic mailbox pedestal?
We recommend using sand or gravel. Water freezes in the winter which causes the plastic mailbox to expand.
Do you offer a warranty?
No. Our durable plastic mailboxes are weather resistant and very strong. The pedestal is engineered to withstand impact without separating.
